“I was looking for a new car online and spotted a Vauxhall Adam from Warwick Hall Cars. I really wanted an Adam and this one in particular was really nice. I went down to look at the car and it was as described and expected, really nice and clean and had bee well looked after by previous owners too. I was really happy with it. The salesman there were all really nice and helpful, I was happy with the customer service that I received. I would have to give this dealership top marks as I cant fault anything about the process, it was really good.”

Anyway I popped into Warwick Hall Cars and it was not like this at all, the guys were all friendly and helpful when need be but were more than happy to let me just have a browse on my own too. I saw a Toyota Auris and really liked the look of it. I ended up going for it and have loved it ever since. I had an old Nissan Micra before this so its a bit of an upgrade for me, it definitely has a lot of new technical buttons that I need to get a bit of practise on but I'm getting there. “Warwick Hall Cars have been utterly fantastic. The car is great, gets me from A to B. There was a few issues which meant the car had to go back into a local garage but WHC were more than happy to cover the costs for these repairs. The cost of these repairs was meant to be £500 but when I collected the car I was informed that the costs would be more than double. Obviously, with WHC accepting the £500 fee, I was apprehensive about what was going to happen about the extra costs. Fortunately, WHC were extremely courteous about the whole situation and resolved the additional costs issue with the garage. I'm so thankful for the help I received from WHC and will definitely be considering them for any future car purchases”
