“My first impressions of the car was 'okay'. I was on edge because I thought most car sales places are dodgy and will most likely sell me something with problems.  On the day I bought it, the handbrake broke before I even left, so I was disappointed that I had to leave it to get fixed on the day of purchase. After it was fixed, I collected and it drove like a dream. It started raining and I noticed my wipers were horrible, I could barely see through the window. A few days after, I had a radiator leek, and I was immediately upset. I called the company and explained what was happening with the car, they apologised and came to collect it. I did really like the car, so instead of a refund I chose to have some patience whilst it was been repaired. They sorted everything I was worried about, and I'm grateful for it.
