“I had the car delivered from the dealership to my house without seeing it in person. I knew what I was looking for and have had similar cars in the past. There was a delay in delivery because a part for the car had been ordered, which they wanted to sort out for me before it was delivered. However, everything is running great with the car, and I understand they wanted everything perfect and sorted for me. That said, I do think if they had communicated this better, I would be giving them a 5-star rating, not 4. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, and apart from that one issue, I am very happy with the car and the experience I had with Warwick Hall Cars. They even sent me money to get the car fully valeted once it had been delivered. I would buy from them again if they had what I was looking for, and I would recommend them, as I believe they are a good dealership.”

“I have always had Fords in the past, so choosing a Ford Kuga was an easy decision for me. I find them to be very reliable cars, and so far, I have had no issues at all. I saw the car online and called to let them know I was coming in to view it. When I got there, they let me go by myself for a test drive, which was nice because I was able to choose my own route and get a feel for the car. This was actually my first time going to Warwick Hall Cars, and I am very happy with the dealership. Everyone on the team was great, and they made the process quick and smooth. No issues—I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Took the trip down with me dad as he is in the industry - helpful 😂 I was looking for a car for the Mrs who wants to learn to drive, she picked the Corsa and we found this one online. There was a couple of minor issues but the lads got it sorted for me. Super simple and I would recommend.”
