“I am really satisfied with the service from Warwick Hall Cars, the customer service was really good, it was quick and easy, i didn't have to chase for information and updates. the whole process generally felt well refined and the team seemed to take pride in the work they do. I have lots of Ford Focus's in the past so very much know what to expect with these cars, It's great condition and doesn't show any warning signs which I have had with previous cars from else where. I don't believe in perfection, I believe there is always room for improvement in everything we do so which is why I wouldn't rate 5 stars.”

“We purchased a Renault Megane, the Sport Tourer from Warwick hall cars, starting in these freezing conditions has cause the car to somewhat stutter a little bit however, it's running mighty fine. The car was at a good price, good millage, good condition and was the right sort of motor we were looking for. I couldn't fault Paul and the service we received, I'm not one for rating top marks unless I'm greeted with a bottle of Moet and some chocolates, I'm a firm believer in no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement however, there is nothing negative I can say about Warwick Hall Cars.”

“So far so good, I have had a few cars similar to this Nissan Qashqai but nothing has compared to the quality of this car. It's very comfortable to drive, is smooth and quite punchy, it looks really smart and the low millage and excellent condition is a bonus. The experience was very nice, no hidden, nasty surprises. “I have been on the look out for a nice family car, decent size but not overkill. I wanted something reasonably low millage, full service history, good, clean condition and reasonably priced. Looking at Warwick Hall Cars, there were plenty of bits which fit the bill and would have been suitable however, the Vauxhall Crossland X was the one I chose. It's a wonderful car, very nice to drive and is really economical too. There is a small issue with the parking sensors which is currently being investigated by my local garage and Warwick Hall Cars have agreed to cover any costs. Really happy with the team, couldn't ask for more than what they gave.”

“I have had a Range Rover for a good couple years and I realized how ridiculous it is having such a big, thirsty car for simply doing school run and running around. I wanted something smaller and nippy, but I also wanted to avoid anything which I would perceive as a teenage boy racer car. The Audi A1 ticked all the boxes and to me seemed like a classy, more adult car. It's been perfect so far with absolutely no problems. I am very satisfied with the service I received from John and the team, Incredibly helpful and attentive.”

The customer service start to finish has been exceptional, this is my sons first car while he is learning to drive. He loved the sporty look the DS3 offered, it was within our budget and low millage too. In the last week I have started to hear a really loud squeaking noise which I'm unsure what is causing it. This is covered under the warranty and I will be taking this in to be looked at shortly. “As my family is getting bigger and bigger, we needed a car ideally with 7 seats. My husband likes the Volvo, looking online the XC90 is supposed to be best in it's class for performance, safety and with having the 7 seats, it makes it the best family car for us. Everything has been good so far, there were some issues with the car initially which were noticed by us and not the dealership, this is something they could potentially improve on however, credit where credit is due, the team fixed every issues without any fuss, argumentation, not seem a change in expression.
