“The team are doing a good job at Warwick Hall Cars. After seeing the car advertised on the Friday, I headed down on the same day to take a look at it and Jamie was happy to leave us to it. I knew what I wanted because I was part exchanging my old Ford Kuga, this one just comes with a few more upgrades. After agreeing to take the car Jamie helped to sort my car tax out for me, and by Sunday it was ready to collect, so I didn't need to book any time off work.”

“Recently I bought an Outlander, and I’m getting on alright with it. I drive a lot, so I’ve been whizzing up and down the motorway, I love it. I’m still trying to figure out how everything works but I'll get there. The dealership was very good and very helpful throughout. When I viewed the car, one of the rear tires was flat, but kindly replaced it and covered the cost. There was also a second electric cable missing, but they kindly offered to send me one, which was much appreciated.”

“I travelled over 2 hours to the dealership and the team went out of their way to make sure everything was ready for me. Even when it came to putting the car through an MOT, they paid it off right away. The car is booked in the garage to get a tyre sensor replaced, but I've had no problems with how the team has handled the situation. Otherwise, the car has been perfect.”

We've had strong winds here at the moment so I've not taken the car out but when I have, it's been driving lovely. I'm still trying to figure everything out but I'll get there. “I recently purchased a Corsa and have been getting on fine with it, though I haven’t driven it much, I reckon I've done about 20 miles. I’m moving soon, so I’ll be using it a lot more then. The sales process went smoothly. They even offered me a coffee while I was there. I wasn’t planning to take a test drive, but they encouraged me to ensure I was happy with the car. The used car industry has a reputation for being pushy, but I experienced no pressure at all and knew I could walk away at any point if I wanted. There was a small bit of damage on the car, but they repaired it within a few days.”
