“The whole process was so easy and straightforward. I expected it to take all day, but within 20 minutes I was driving off. Compared to my experiences at other dealerships, this was by far the best, which is why they get a full 5 stars from me. I haven’t had it long, but it’s been really nice so far and I’m getting on well with it. Drives smoothly and is surprisingly nippy. Only one minor issue would be a light came on the dashboard briefly but went off straight away, so nothing major.”

“Got a Mercedes GLA, seems absolutely fine so far. It's running well. I don’t think it’s an issue but my engine temperature is sitting at 90 and although I've had Mercedes before the needle has always sat in the middle. It was my first time buying here, and the guys were brilliant, really helpful.”

“We had to send the car back just two days after purchase due to a fault with the AdBlue system. To be fair, they did a quick turnaround and got it sorted, but the communication could have been better. I had to do most of the chasing, and the car was delivered back without clear information on when it had been dropped off. That said, the car itself is great now, and we’re happy with it running properly.”

“Everything has been perfect so far and I've not had a single problem. I’ve only had the car for two weeks, but it’s been great for the time I have had it. I live in Leeds and drove it back the same day (about an hour), and it’s been running great ever since. The service was excellent, I thought it was really easy and straightforward. Everyone was friendly, I barely had to do anything. I even recommended a friend, and she was also really impressed with how good the service was.”

“I had an initial problem with the car that I wasn't happy about but after making Warwick Hall Cars aware of it, they were happy for me to bring the car back for repairs and offered me a curtesy car. The issue got sorted quickly and since getting it back, the car has been grand and the fault hasn't reappeared, so I can't complain.”
