“The customer/sales manager at Warwick Hall Cars is absolutely FANTASTIC! I cannot stress enough that this was by far the most easiest, least stressful purchase I have ever made car wise! The gentleman who I dealt with gave me some amazing advice after listening to my requirements – my priority was comfort for long distance driving. I had initially come to look at a Dacia Duster and he recommended a Renault Kadjar to me. He went through the pros and cons of both cars but didn’t tell me what to do. In the end I did go with the Kadjar and he couldn’t have been more right, the car is perfect and the cherry on the top is that is 0 road tax! I was reassured that should I have any problems all I would have to do is call back in and they would take care of it. I have had no need to do this though, the car is running great. I really apricated the follow up call I got about a month down the line to see how I was getting on with the car, very courteous of them! I could go on forever about how much of a pleasant experience it was, I even got a cup of coffee and I don’t even get that at home, haha! Thank you very much team Warwick.”

“As far as sales representatives go full marks to Charles, Jo and Phil. We found that we were allowed to go for a test drive with little fuss and the sale side went well too. We had a haggle and were happy. We stopped the test drive as one tyre was going low on pressure. After the purchase we noticed that we needed a charging cable to use public charging points and Charles had one ordered without hassle. Unfortunately it was the wrong type. We have returned it and Charles said we would get the refund and we have bought one ourselves. Today we noticed that the tyre had lost pressure again, I had asked Joe if the problem could be fixed before purchase but I don't think that was done. Also noticed the main beam does not come on when we push the lever forward but it does flash. In general we are happy with the car and maybe could have done with a little more time explaining all workings as it was our first electric car. Hope this helps”
