The sales approach was very laid back and didn't feel pushy at all, all my questions were answered and needs taken care off. We have had a couple hiccups since purchase, the warranty process wasn't explained in detail so we needed to contact the company directly for more information, the logbook wasn't in the car, we had to chase for this and for the tax after sale and we have had an engine fault light appear on our dash today, I have emailed the company and I have confidence they will be as helpful with this issue as they have throughout the whole journey.
