“Phil was great, I had a fault with the car after purchasing so I called up and he told me to take it to a local independant garage and send the invoice to him and it will be paid. He was true to his word and everything got sorted without any hassle. Since this I haven\'t had any further issues with the car and I am really pleased with it. Great customer care from start to finish, a thank you to Phil for being so professional about everything.”

“I’ve been getting on great with my Mitsubishi Eclipse, everything has been perfect. The part I’d been waiting for arrived quickly and straight to my home address. The whole experience was excellent from the start. We came to a deal quickly, and they upped the part exchange on mine to exactly what I wanted, which was great. There were a couple of small things that needed sorting, but they were all done by the time I collected the car. When I couldn’t tax it online while I was at the dealership, the guy went straight down to the post office to get it sorted there and then, great service. I couldn’t fault them at all. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. It has to be 5 stars.”

“Unfortunately I had to take my car back to Warwick Hall cars as there was a fault with the vehicle but in the end the company kept the car and refunded my money because it was unfixable, but the whole experience has been good. I was treated very well throughout the process, they were very professional throughout.”

They were very helpful, understanding of a previous bad experience I had, responsive to calls/messages and lived up to their word when it came to a repair that needed doing. “Phil was lovely to deal with while I was at Warwick Hall Cars, he made it really easy and he helped me out a lot with the paperwork after agreeing to take the car, like the road tax and stuff. We did have a small issue after getting the car as we had a tyre that only had temporary repair work done on it, but after speaking to Phil he was happy for us to replace it and he reimbursed us in full. It's 5 stars from me.”

When I got the car I was told by Charles that I would get a user manual sent out, as it didn't have one in the car at the time but I haven't received this yet. “The whole process was so easy and straightforward. I expected it to take all day, but within 20 minutes I was driving off. Compared to my experiences at other dealerships, this was by far the best, which is why they get a full 5 stars from me. I haven’t had it long, but it’s been really nice so far and I’m getting on well with it. Drives smoothly and is surprisingly nippy. Only one minor issue would be a light came on the dashboard briefly but went off straight away, so nothing major.”

“Got a Mercedes GLA, seems absolutely fine so far. It's running well. I don’t think it’s an issue but my engine temperature is sitting at 90 and although I've had Mercedes before the needle has always sat in the middle. It was my first time buying here, and the guys were brilliant, really helpful.”
