Not only did they deliver my car to me but they rang me to ensure I knew when it was coming and then rang me afterwards to ensure everything was okay. My car is absolutely fantastic, it arrived nice and clean and with all documentation. The delivery driver was lovely and when he brought my car, asked me where I wanted it to be parked and made sure everything was okay before he left. “I dealt with Charles, he was very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with how quick the service was. I phoned up regarding the car on Sunday and I got it delivered the next day. It arrived around 10am the next day without any complications. I was really impressed on how easy the whole process. I would definitely recommend if you are needing a car quickly.”

“Honestly, perfect service from the guys at Warwick. I had some issues with the car. The first one was the air-con. I called up to let them know, and they told me to take the car to my local garage and that they would pay for it, and they did straight away. Then the car stopped working due to an underlying issue with the ABS sensor, which caused the whole car to stop functioning. Again, when I called up, they advised me on what to do. The car had to go to Honda for a specific part. I paid for this and sent across the invoice. Within the same hour, the money was back in my bank, just as promised. I’ve never seen aftersales service like it. These guys really care about their customers and want to make sure everything is okay with the cars they’re selling. I would highly recommend them. I’d say I’d go back again, but I won’t because the car I got this time around is just great. I couldn\'t be happier with it. A massive thank you to every member of staff who helped from start to finish.”

“I am very happy with the customer service, staff were all friendly and anything I needed they accommodated to. I did have an issue with the car not having the oil filled correctly, it was actually filled to much so I had to do an oil and filter change which was an inconvenience. I got this sorted myself quickly as didn\'t want to be delayed and since then everything is fine with the car I am very pleased with it. I am still waiting for the service history to be sent over, but hopefully I shall receive this soon.”

“I have been impressed with the service I received, I initially went to the dealership planning to take it home the same day. However there was some issues trying to get the finance sorted, the guys at the dealership actually delivered the car free for me once everything had been sorted, which was greatly appreciated. When it arrived it was valetted perfectly inside. In the end everything was a quick turn around and I can\'t fault the service.”

“I am giving this dealership 4.5 out of 5 star ratings for the following reasons, there was a chip on the windscreen which I didn\'t notice at first and there was also a delay in my delivery of the car, this caused me to be without a car for a few days. However I was really pleased with the customer service and I felt the guys were good at communicating and in regards to how the car is running, so far I haven\'t had any issues so I am mainly pleased, I think just those few things not happening would have made it a 5 star experience.”
