“It\'s a beautiful car I love it, it\'s such a nice drive. The only issue is there\'s a service light on but it doesn\'t really affect the car at all. The salesman on the day was spot on, he had to get home for 4.30 on that day, and he stayed behind to get me sorted out. There was no rush, and he helped me sign all the paperwork. I\'d 100% go back there and I\'ll happily give them 5 stars.”

“The process was quick. So far the car is ok except I later found out that on the car door there\'s a seal which was taped up. The service was ok, I\'d definitely consider going back there.”

“There\'s one issue to start with - I still haven\'t had the V5 through yet which is a bit worrying. Aside from that, I\'m enjoying the car, I\'ve got nothing but good things to say. The guy that I spoke to was incredibly helpful, very polite, he chatted with me for about an hour whilst sorting the paperwork, showed me the car, it was probably the best experience buying a car that I\'ve had.”

“I am loving the car, but I\'m waiting on someone to get back to me regarding a logbook issue. An acknowledgment from them that they are sorting/have sorted the issue would be appreciated. They were very accommodating, the whole experience was fine, it\'s just the last little bit - communication goes a long way.”

“It was all good but I do have an issue with the back door - it isn\'t opening occasionally, it\'s an intermittent problem. I found them online because I was after a specific Mercedes - I found one at Warwick Hall and decided to pop in, and I\'m glad I did. I\'d definitely consider going back.”

“Everything seems alright so far, no issues with the car I\'m enjoying it. It was a very quick process, in and out. I just got the keys, signed the paperwork and drove off. The only issue was there was no coolant in the car, which was easily rectified to be fair.”

“When I was driving it for the first time the engine light came on but it seemed the turbo was loose which was easily sorted. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn\'t cleaned when I picked it up too. The staff were nice enough and relaxed, I can\'t fault them on that. I was just disappointed that I brought a dirty car home.”
