“I’ve been getting on great with my Mitsubishi Eclipse, everything has been perfect. The part I’d been waiting for arrived quickly and straight to my home address. The whole experience was excellent from the start. We came to a deal quickly, and they upped the part exchange on mine to exactly what I wanted, which was great. There were a couple of small things that needed sorting, but they were all done by the time I collected the car. When I couldn’t tax it online while I was at the dealership, the guy went straight down to the post office to get it sorted there and then, great service. I couldn’t fault them at all. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. It has to be 5 stars.”

“Unfortunately I had to take my car back to Warwick Hall cars as there was a fault with the vehicle but in the end the company kept the car and refunded my money because it was unfixable, but the whole experience has been good. I was treated very well throughout the process, they were very professional throughout.”

“Definitely a 5 they resolved the issues as quick as possible and sorted it out now. They were very helpful, understanding of a previous bad experience I had, responsive to calls/messages and lived up to their word when it came to a repair that needed doing. Absolutely stress free repair and definitely made me feel like I would go there again for a car 😊”

“Phil was lovely to deal with while I was at Warwick Hall Cars, he made it really easy and he helped me out a lot with the paperwork after agreeing to take the car, like the road tax and stuff. We did have a small issue after getting the car as we had a tyre that only had temporary repair work done on it, but after speaking to Phil he was happy for us to replace it and he reimbursed us in full. It's 5 stars from me.”

“I've had my Citroen Grand C4 for 4 weeks now and it's been great, with no issues to report. When I got the car I was told by Charles that I would get a user manual sent out, as it didn't have one in the car at the time but I haven't received this yet. Everything else went really well and Charles was great.”
